Welcome to LD@learning!

LD@learning has been created by the Learning Disabilities Association of Ontario (LDAO) to provide accessible, high-quality online learning for educators, professionals, parents, and caregivers. As part of LDAO’s long-standing commitment to advocacy and education across Ontario, these courses are designed to help build knowledge and confidence in supporting individuals with learning disabilities and ADHD. Whether you’re taking this course on its own or as part of a larger certification series, the information below will help you get started and make the most of your learning experience.

This course has been created to help educators, parents, and professionals build knowledge and confidence in supporting that potential. Whether you’re taking this course on its own or as part of a larger certification series, the information below will help you get started and make the most of your learning experience.

Each course is organized into units, topics, and quizzes that you can explore at your own pace. For your best learning experience, the course has been carefully curated to guide you through the content in a linear sequence. However, you can also move backward or forward between sections if you’d like to review or revisit material.

As you progress, be sure to click Mark Complete at the end of each topic. Once all required topics and quizzes are marked as complete, your certificate (if applicable) will become available for download.

Account access and dashboard

From your Dashboard, you can:

• View enrolled courses
• Resume where you left off
• View certificates and track your progress

Enrolling in courses

• Choose a course from the Courses page.
• Click Enroll Now to add it to your cart.
• Proceed to Checkout and complete payment.
• After checkout, you’ll automatically have access to your course under My Account and from your invoice (a course link will be included there).

Certificates of Completion (if applicable)

When you finish all required lessons and quizzes, your certificate will automatically unlock. You can download it from the course page or from My Account → Certificates.

Technical tips

• Use the latest version of your web browser (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, or Edge) for the best experience.
• If a lesson doesn’t mark as complete, try refreshing the page or clearing your browser cache.
