This course is Part 2 of LDAO’s three-part professional learning series, “Learning Disabilities and ADHD.” It builds on foundational knowledge from LDs and ADHD 101: Foundations for Supporting Learning and Success and focuses on how LDs and ADHD affect literacy and numeracy in both educational and workplace contexts.
Through interactive modules, videos, and curated resources, participants will explore inclusive instruction, cognitive science, and assistive technology to support diverse learners. Each unit includes reflection activities and practical applications designed to deepen understanding and strengthen classroom and workplace practice.
Completion of all required activities is necessary to receive a Certificate of Completion for this course. Learners who complete all three courses in the series will be awarded the LDAO Professional Learning Certificate: Learning Disabilities and ADHD, recognizing completion of the full professional learning pathway.
